Q) How many hours must an employee work per week to be eligible for benefits?
A) 32 hours
Q) When can new employees join the plans?
A) On the first of the month, following one month of continuous full-time employment.
The application process will require the receipt and/or completion of the following items prior to interview:
• Applicant's completion of the Application for Employment (Applicant's with Resumes must also complete Application)
• If the position requires driving on behalf of the company at any time, a current and valid California Driver's license must be submitted.
• Applicant's completion of form(s) concerning the release of information to Data Circuit Systems, Inc. from laboratory, former employers, educational institutions, public records, personal references, or any references provided by the employee.
• Preliminary interview If a secondary interview is deemed appropriate after receipt and review of the above items, a member of the Human Resource Department will contact you to schedule the interview. The following steps may occur:
• Interview(s)
•Background verification
• Pre-employment drug testing at outside laboratory in Santa Clara, California.

If an offer of employment is made and accepted by the Applicant in writing,
an Employment Contract will be completed and signed by both Employer and Employee.
Applicants must also supply upon offer of employment:
